almost 4 months ago I returned the Modom for Internet and ever since I am being charged 45 dollars a month,WHY??I am a customer for almost 15 years now and extremely upset
you returned the modem but did you cancel the service? or is the 45 a monthly cost for basically renting the modem from TMO? you’ll need to either call in, hit up a store or contact TMO through either Facebook/Twitter and see whats going on. might have been returned but not received in yet? stolen during shipping?
