Impossible to get billing problems resolved (New customer)

Since I switched to T-Mobile a little over a month ago it’s been nothing but problems. They have taken out for monthly bill twice, charged me for phones I do not have and misc charges that keep recur...

    There's no email address but if you use social media you can try using messenger on one of Tmobile’s social media accounts like Facebook or Twitter.
