If I cancelled an international call before the first ring, will it show up on my bill?
As the title says, I accidentally placed an international call, but cancelled it lightning-quick, within a second, and before hearing a ring/dial sound. Will that show up on my bill?
There’s not a hard and fast answer. It all depends on if “supervision” was maintained or dropped.
