I was double charged in Nov 2024 and T-Mobile refuses to issue a refund
My bank even called them and confirmed with them I was charged twice. I am at my wits end with T-Mobile.
All billing related issues need to be addressed with Customer Care or the T-Force Team. You can reach Customer Care by dialing 611 from your T-Mobile line. You can reach the T-Force Team by sending a DM to T-Mobile on either Facebook or Twitter/X.
