How to see an older detailed bill?

I want to see my call record for three months in 2020. My current detailed billing only lists last 6 month’s bills. How do I see older bills?

You use to be able to go back 12 months but they may have changed that and you will need to go to a store to have them printed off.

I just looked and can only go back 18 months on my account.
