How many tries does it take to get my porting credits added to my account?

I ported over during the holiday from Verizon, I brought over 2 phones with numbers along adding a 3rd line. I was promised up to $800 per line to transfer from Verizon and I can’t get any help on this, not 1 person wants to own it, HOW CAN I GET THE HELP!?!?
