could be..then again this site is blasted with people that do NOT read anything prior and just blast away with their own issues lol..

ONCE T-MOBILE GETS YOUR MONEY..THEY ARE NOT AS WILLING TO ADDRESS YOUR ISSUES. DONOT PAY IN ADVANCE...THEY WILL NOT DO REFUNDS IF NEEDED...TYPICAL, GOOD GUYS FINISH LAST
Look for T-Mobile Help on Twitter. Depending on your settings, you might need to be following them for them to reply to your messages.
