False Promo

So I was at Walmart buying my 12 year old his first phone when I was approached by this lady. She said that I could get a brand new 5g phone basically for free. Which she was right about, it only cost me around $5. But it is NOT 5G and I promise you when I say it's the slowest phone I have ever had. I was also told it had loads of memory space, which was also a lie.

is there anything I can do about this?
