False advertising

The T-mobile website states cancel paramount+ at anytime. After over an hour on the phone and having the clueless T-mobile rep call paramount medical services with no actual idea on how to cancel the product at anytime like stated on the website this appears to be false advertising.  does anyone have any idea how I can cancel this now (or “anytime”) instead of waiting until the end of the term like their system is currrently making me do.
