Every Month I have to ask for my trade-in credit.

I am fed up with t-mobile.

I was told I would receive $1000 for my iphone on trade-in.

I was told it was gauranteed especially since my phone was mint.

When I sent my phone in, I got a credit of $180.

Now every month, I have to contact them to get my additional credits.

They don’t give it all at once. But its never on my bill.

I think they hope you will forget about it.

Maybe I should forget to pay my bill or just forget t-mobile and switch to a more reputable company!
