Contacting a T-Mobile representative in the US who can understand and resolve billing issues.

Hello

Wondering if anyone has had any luck contacting a T-Mobile rep who can understand and resolve billing issues?  I just spent an hour on the phone with a rep in the Philippines who really didn’t understand that T-Mobile is not applying a promised phone discount.  Her solution after the hour was to apply a 1 time account credit.  This is happening every month but they never resolve the overall issue.

    Try contacting tmobile support using messenger on one of tmobile's social media platforms like Facebook or Twitter to see if they can help you they also are a higher tier of support.
