Conference call says it's not in my plan
I dial into a 12-step recovery conference call. Recently, I'm getting a message about it not being in my plan when I try dialing in. It says I'll get a 1 cent a minute charge. What's goin...
The provider that hosts the service is charging a termination fee for the call. This is allowed in a few states. There is nothing T-Mobile can really do. You might be able to use a voip provider to see if the charges don't apply then. But the service requiring the fee there are no work arounds for.
I doubt they even care. They’re almost as bad as the oil companies! One idea is to get a friend to merge you into the call on their line.
