Can I convert an esim to physical sim?
I would like to stop using my Galaxy Active 2 Watch and start using an unlocked watch purchased from Amazon. The new watch uses a physical SIM card. Can I convert the current Esim to a physical one?
Yes, you can. Our Tech Care team can take care of that if you give them a call. I’d be mindful of using unlocked phones from a 3rd party vendor. Please make sure it supports the band frequencies for T-Mobile’s network. That way it’s likely to work for you when you make the switch.
