Bring My Own Phone Payoff
How do I get reimbused for bringing my own phone after I paid off my phone balance with Verizon. The sales guy said I can upload proof of balance owed and payoff of phone for reimbursment.
Three months ago I switch from another carrier to TMOBILE with my fully paid Unlocked S22 phone.
There was no promised reimbursement, just better service & 5g INCLUDED, NO EXTRA FEE.
WHOEVER PROMISED THAT reimbursement made an error or did not fully explained it OR miscommunicated the term.
