bankruptcy z list
Hi I unfortunately had to file bankruptcy and t-mobile put me on a z list which means I have no control of my account to add lines or change anything. I never stiffed t-mobile a dime, I pay my bill ...

From what I’m understanding here is that for some reason they are not seeing you as the PAH for some reason. Contact them through T-force or Twitter to see if you can get this straightened out.
