Autopay shutoff for no reason...
Super pissed… auto pay shut off for no reason and now I am being charged an extra 10 bucks on the next month, because I had to manually pay it… what is this T-mobile… super sketchy… remind me again ...

This just happened to me as well. I didn't realize it until I received a text from mobile stating that I was a month past due. SHADY.

Yes, it seems to be a part of the game. And not only with T-Mobile, same happens to us when we were paying our car off at Credit Acceptance- > they didn’t take an autopay in august 2023, we called them and they assured everything is ok they just redo the system, the next payment was taken the next month and we didn’t know but they started to report late payments. It spoiled the credit score. I believe there have to be any regulations and protection on such occasions, but still didn’t dig in it enough. Anybody has any advice, friends?
