Assurant is Ruining T-Mobile Customer Service

Worst company I've ever dealt with. Found the replacement screen for them and they still refuse to repair it ($0) at an authorized service center and will only replace it ($99). No one in the entire company will make an exception. I'm looking into leaving T-Mobile. They should drop Assurant or take responsibility and fix it.
