Account History and Billing over 18 months ago
How do I get copies of bills over 18 months ago? I need a purchase confirmation or bill statement from over two years ago. Is there a way to request it from customer service? The person I spoke to said to go to the T-mobile store.
The person you spoke to is correct. You can also try contacting Tmobile support using messenger on one of tmobile's social media platforms like Twitter or Facebook and ask them if they can mail you the records.
