access to two accounts

I just moved my line and my son’s line to a new line under myself yesterday from my fathers line, he was under a military discount and I didn’t realize that every time I did something he had to approve it and me being 57 years old I didn’t feel I needed my fathers permission.  Anyway.  I pay my parents cell phone bill, and have had access to their account but now I have my own account, so now that I have opened my own account I can’t see theirs and I want to make sure that they took my lines off theirs and I also see what the bill is going to be since I am still the one paying the bill.  Anyone have any suggestions on how this can be done?

  • he could have just added your name to the list of people that had control over the account while you were still on his account..no permissions needed after that point..

a bit after the fact though since you already moved to your own account lol.

  • Thank you for your response, so in order for me to get into his account I could just put in his phone number?. And yes I got out of his account because in order for me to do anything I had to get his permission and I didn’t feel that I needed to do that being an adult even though I was the one paying the bill and every time I did make a change he would always call T-Mobile instead of asking me. So it started to become a problem. And I also did get the discount when I opened up the new account because I am over 55

To access your father’s account you would need to login with a phone under that plan. If your father’s account had the military discount, why did you move your lines to a new account, especially if you are still paying your parents bill? Hope you were able to maintain the same discount level...
