3rd Line Overcharge
I just realized last week I was being charged $45-50 a month for a 3rd line that I never consented to or used. Two different Customer Service Supervisors say their policy is only allowed to reimburse me for 4 of the 40 months. Very disappointing to pay for THEIR mistake.

I just filed a complaint with the FCC which was escalated to T-mobile and I am waiting their reply.

Had the same exact problem cause some cuck with piercings scammed me at Walmart and now I'm paying more than I should have and since I'm not the main line, I can't cancel. And no one in t mobile support helped me, all they did was tell me to pay it which was a virtual " you".
