How to delete account access? Seems impossible to me

I no longer have any business account, when I login to the account hub it shows no accounts linked.

There is a coworker who has an email in users and I cannot delete the user.

There is no option to delete the account hub account?

I have called support, been to the store and no one seems to have a clue.
