I was so excited to get this device! When it arrived I switched from the 12Pro. It has Very poor signal. So poor that Care team told me to only run in 4G Instead if the 5G on the road and use wifi calling at home. My iPhone had 5G in the exact same location. The speed was slow. Less than half of the IPhone 12 Pro. Very slow. Apps force close. The Duo didn’t work properly. When you make a call it wouldn’t even ring and just disconnected. I returned it and went back to the iPhone 12 Pro.

When I first got my phone it was great! Once my phone started getting updates installed into it. It started acting up. My speaker phone started off great after the update when I use my speaker phone now folks can't hear me. I thought the updates are suppose to improve the phone. Seems like it downgrades it instead. It should be a way to decline the updates.

Disappointed. Came from the iPhone 11. Thought this was the new best of the best. It's super laggy, from scrolling to loading apps, I have tinkered with all the settings recommended. This phone is not as good as my old iPhone 11
