My family has owned three of these phones. Here are the pros and cons: 1. Phone calls sound good, the speaker is very loud. 2. The mediately dimensity 700 chip is good for games and for web browsing, Netflix, Hulu or whatever you want. It's a fast phone, quick, as long as you don't overdue it and know how to manage your storage properly. 3. Picture and camera quality are very good. I prefer the camera on this more than I do on the galaxy S21 FE WHICH COSTS QUITE A BIT MORE. 4. You will have your phone updated YEARS into the future from Samsung's promise. This phone will still be updating it's OS years from now. 5. Screen quality is good just like most of the galaxy models. The brightness is very sharp. 6. Battery life is great and 5g works all the time as long as your somewhere in a mid sized to large area. Cons:. The back of the phone is plastic, but a good phone case will take care of that. Overall for aow prices phone it's very similar to the a23 5g and even the A53 5g. Definitely a step above the A13 5g. The galaxy series phones are great, last for years if you treat them right, and have similar performance. I recommend the phone but get a case and a screen protect the same day, I've had to learn that lesson the hard way. Good phone!

Less than a month, completely regretting it

Terrible experience so far. Nothing has worked properly, including transferring everything from my old phone. It almost immediately said storage was full, keeps saying it no matter how much stuff I delete or move to SD card, runs slow as molasses. Haven't been able to get rid of old phone since everything didn't move over properly. Can't get rid of their built in apps taking up all my space. Overall just sucks. Already invested in getting a bunch of accessories for it and already shopping for new phone after a month.

First, what the Heck do the Public want? I think Maybe a Direct connection from their Modem into a port in their arm is what would please them, You folks did not know "AOL. Dial-up" This "Cheap Phone is Blazing Fast. Here's a big but, check your settings, Connections/ Mobile networks/Network Mode/ Hmm what do you see? Me I saw 3G, Switch it to 5G and you will have a 5 G Phone

Too many complaints

Reviews are biased. I see people complaining about battery and how crappy the phone is with app and storages yet these people fail to mention that the battery does not drain as fast as normal cell batteries and going from 86% to 85% charged is expected lol. Also if you are trying to fit 256 gb on a 64 gb phone then of course it won't all download. You can definitely delete apps just hold the app and hit uninstall. Simple. I, for one found no faults with this phone. The sound quality is good and so is service in my area. I have almost 4 bars. Porting my old number was so easy and so was data transfer. If your area is crappy with service then yes you will grow to hate this phone. This is a nice phone in my opinion.

This phone has been awesome!

We got 2 of these phones for our business last summer. We used them 16 hours a day for the first month while working. After that we let our kids use them and trust me they are on them nonstop. It's now time to start to use them for work again (our busy season is back) and I just went through all the settings and made sure everything is good to go. I'm so happy with them that I'm actually on this website right now to purchase 2 more for some co-workers that need new phones for their personal use. I highly recommend these phones. So far they seem to be up to par with our iphones.

It's a good phone.

I have an S20 FE 5G, dated, still love it, this phone is newer will get year's of updates. Google how to enable Developer mode and shut off animations, the phone will fly. The phone is up to par with my S20 fe 5g. Sounds, features all good. Yes you can uninstall apps you don't want, sd card slot, headphone jack, it does everything my other phone does. This one has Exynos processor and 4gb ram and works fine. No it's not a 1k$ premium but I'm a power user and no complaints it just takes getting used to it. Not a fan of the keyboard or thickness but the battery lasts all day easily. I use music, watch vids, email, messages, all good. It's a textured plastic back but I like it as it keeps the phone lighter in hand unlike the s20 Fe I have. I don't use a case. The display is 90hz but I keep mine at 60hz. Well worth the price. Cheaper cost nice phone.

Superb phone

I'll bet for 90 percent of the American public, this phone would be completely satisfactory. Battery life, speed, photo quality, etc. My wife has an S21 plus, and for the demands we make on cell phones, this one does everything that one does, at one-fifth the price.

It's alright. Service works better than boost did in my area. At least for now anyway. It's got less storage than what I had before and it was not exactly free with new line as was toldand why i decided to settle for it(my fault for not reading the agreement right away) and seems I have to start making payments next month, which I'm not very happy about. I would've just purchased outright at this point cause it was so cheap anyway or something better if I was going to make payments on it. Only been a few days, I may return it for something else I really want.
