At T-Mobile, we are in the business of helping our customers stay connected to those who matter most to them. That’s why we launched myFaves® which allows unlimited nationwide calling to any five U.S. numbers, even landlines**. The Free Flight offer is another way T-Mobile enables you to stay connected.
You must mail in your completed Free Flight application form, postmarked by December 31, 2007. Then, make sure you still have an active qualifying myFaves two-year contract plan with no overdue balances as of February 29, 2008. This will qualify you for a Free Flight Booking Request Form.
Postpaid customers with active myFaves® two-year plans must not have any past due balances. FlexPay customers must still be on a two-year myFaves plan, and must either have paid their monthly service charge, or be within their 45-day grace period.

The Booking Request Form allows you to choose your top three choices for travel destinations and dates. This form will be sent from TLC to qualifying customers in March 2008. Be sure to fill out and return this form to TLC, so TLC can contact you to make your travel arrangements. The form is valid for travel for 13 months or until March 31, 2009.
If you have met all the eligibility criteria, the Free Flight Booking Request Form will be mailed to you in March 2008. It will be sent to the billing address on the account.
TLC is the company that T-Mobile has engaged to fulfill the Free Flight promotion.

No. TLC works with a number of leading airlines to make your travel possible.
If you have an Individual myFaves® plan, you will get a maximum of one Booking Request Form per account, while myFaves for Families customers will get a maximum of two forms per account.
The promotion is limited to one Booking Request Form per account for Individual myFaves® plans, and two forms per account for myFaves for Families plans. There is no limit to how many people per household are eligible to activate a myFaves plan on separate accounts to receive a free flight. However, only two people from the same household can travel for free on the same flight.
Yes, you can give the Booking Request Form to a friend or family member. But it is not transferable once it has been sent back to TLC with the requested travel dates and destination options. Please remember, the form can only be used by someone over the age of 18 and cannot be sold, traded, or otherwise transferred for value.
Your Booking Request Form will be valid for travel for 13 months or until March 31, 2009. Keep in mind that 30 days advance notice is required for booking.
- If you have met all the qualifications, in March 2008, you will receive a Free Flight Booking Request Form in the mail with instructions for requesting travel dates and destinations.
- Mail the completed Booking Request Form with your top three travel choices to TLC for processing and confirmation.
- TLC will contact you within two weeks to confirm receipt and prior to your requested travel dates to book flights and confirm travel options.
- You will then receive confirmation of itinerary from TLC.
- Free flights are available between April 1, 2008 and March 31, 2009.

A $25 booking fee will be charged by TLC. Plus, you will be responsible for any additional taxes or fees charged by the airline, airport, or government.
Any additional fees and taxes charged by the airline, airport, or government are payable at time of booking, when you are making your reservations with TLC. TLC will take payment over the phone via debit or credit card.
Yes, you will be eligible to collect mileage in accordance with the rules of their mileage program.
To qualify for the promotion, you must initiate the order for a two-year myFaves contract during the three-day period. Accounts ordered prior to November 23, 2007, are not eligible unless they are renewed sometime during November 23 through 25, 2007.
- Yes, eligible customers in Hawaii can participate in this promotion, but they must travel from one of the 59 departure locations to one of the 10 destination locations.
- Eligible customers from Hawaii who use their free flights on the mainland are responsible for booking and paying for their own travel to and from the mainland.
- Eligible customers may also gift their Booking Request Form to a friend or family member to use to depart from one of the 59 departure cities to one of the 10 destination cities. The person receiving the gifted Booking Request From would then fill it out, and submit it to TLC. Free flights cannot be given to someone else once the Booking Request Form is submitted, and cannot be sold or otherwise traded for value.
- Flights must leave from one of the 59 departure cities and arrive at one of the 10 destination cities.
- A minimum one-night stay is required.
- Maximum time between originating and return flight is 30 days.
- Other restrictions based on available airlines schedules and policies also apply.
- Flights must be booked 30 days in advance.
- Must be 18 years of age or older at the time of travel.
- Multiple people per household can activate a myFaves® plan to receive a free flight. However, only two people from the same household can travel for free on the same flight.
Once you have booked your travel through TLC, any cancellations or changes are ruled by the airlines policies. You should contact the airlines directly with any questions regarding cancellations or changes.
