Rated 3 out of 5 by I like the phone well enough but.... I LOVE the size of this phone but the screen resolution and the camera quality is awful. Also I wish there was a place for a sd card for extra memory. July 28, 2014
Rated 5 out of 5 by Great phone Have had this phone for a couple of months now and very happy with it, only a couple of issues. Camera doesn't adjust brightness very well. Couldn't install Flash on it which was required by SW Airlines to use in flight movies. Otherwise the battery life is excellent. Charge it overnight and with moderate use it usually still has a fair charge left by next midnight. The "curve" feature is useless except it draws a lot of comments. July 23, 2014
Rated 3 out of 5 by Amazing Phone but I hate the camera I was crazy about the phone because of all the reviews I read and the fact that it is curved. But after I bought it and used it for less than a week I realized that it was not for me, due to the fact that it takes horrible pictures. I love to take pictures and for a phone that is 13mp they were horrible. They looked worst than using a front camera. The features are wonderful. My favorite part about the phone was battery life. It lasted all day even though I text a lot. If you love to take pictures please believe me when I tell you that this phone is not for you. I sold it and I'm moving on to the Sony Xperia z1s. It was nice to experienced it. July 18, 2014
Rated 5 out of 5 by This product is the best phone I've ever had. I switched from apple to this. The iphone is a great phone, but this phone has a 6inch screen. Who wants multiple devices when they can have it all in one. I recommend this phone to everyone i meet. July 13, 2014
Rated 5 out of 5 by Great Phone I am a samsung guy i had the note 3 and loved every other phone from that company but when i got the LG G Flex it was kinda odd at first but when i got used to it i loved it great screen size easy to use keyboard also great for watching movies and battery life is awesome my note 3 wasnt great on battery life but the flex is i love this phone and hoping to get a lg g3 next July 12, 2014
Rated 5 out of 5 by Single Adult I have owned about every recently released device. The LG Flex is by far the best phone I have came acrossed in the last few years. I am eligible for a "Jump" but there is nothing even worth jumping too. Very user friendly, it has the "curve" appeal, which is a great conversation starter. A+ over the note 2 and 3, S5, and even the G2. I had the G2 before this, and when the Flex came out i jumped on this. Lastly in comparison to any other devices battery life, this one is amazing. As time has passed it hasnt been as durable but still better then anything else i have owned. Thank you LG for making a solid device. July 11, 2014
Rated 4 out of 5 by Not All Bad I had the Note 3 before I got the Flex and in comparison the Note 3 is better. Im not a fan of the Flex screen resolution, camera, brightness, and the small fact that is doesnt auto correct is urking my nerves day by day. But overall, I do love the design of the phone and when people ask "is your phone curved" I feel different. The call quality is great and the keyboard is easy to use. Personally I can not wait for the Note 4 to come out, my heart lies with Samsung. June 30, 2014
Rated 4 out of 5 by Best Phone I've Ever Had I researched this phone and waited until it's release in February. I've had it for a few months. I love it. I've had people stop me and ask me about it and I've done nothing but praise it. The features are great, the apps are easy to access, and it has an average long battery life, the call quality is wonderful. This would be a phone I would recommend to anyone. June 29, 2014

Yes. You once your phone is paid off, it’s paid off. From that point on you will only pay be billed for the T-Mobile rate plan, and services, or features you’ve chosen.

When your new phone arrives simply follow the manufacturer’s set-up procedure and start using it. If you purchased a new T-Mobile SIM card to use in your own device, you will need to insert the new card and then you are good to go.

You can upgrade your phone at any time. If you have an Equipment Installment Plan (EIP) you’ll need to pay that off first, then you’re free to select a new phone. It’s as easy as that. If you cancel wireless service, remaining balance on phone becomes due.

To find out if you’re eligible for a rebate or a promotion all you need to do is answer a few simple questions.

    Get started

Other carriers recover the cost of the phone with higher recurring monthly rate plan charges. Their customers continue to pay higher monthly rates even after the phone is paid off. Only T-Mobile offers a plan that automatically lowers the cost of the monthly bill when the phone is paid off.

We offer free, overnight shipping on certain new phones and devices. Otherwise, we will send your purchase using standard 2-4 business days shipping. Look for special promotions where all phones and devices include free, overnight shipping.

No. When you group phones into a family plan when purchasing on T-Mobile.com, you must either pay for all of them up front, or over time.

No. If you choose to pay over time, your payments will be interest-free.

You must purchase insurance within the first 14 days of buying a new device. To learn more about Premium Handset Protection Insurance or to learn about our other bundled features simply follow the link.

If you cancel your service, you still need to pay off the remaining balance of the device.

Refurbished phones offered by T-Mobile have been inspected and tested to ensure they’re in good working order, and they all come with a limited 90-day warranty. They also come with the same return policy as our new devices: 20 days from the date of your order.

Unlike other carriers that give you a discounted rate on the phone up front and then bury the costs in your monthly bill, we charge you the full retail price. In order to make payments more manageable, qualifying new and current customers can take advantage of our Equipment Installment Plan (EIP).

    Here's how phone payments work:

EIP (Equipment Installment Plan) pricing allows qualifying customers to get a new phone with an initial down payment and make monthly payments on the phone for 20 months with no interest charges. For example, if you purchased a new phone for $550 and put $150 down, you pay $20/month for 20 months, plus the low monthly cost of your Value Plan. Value Plan pricing is only available at T-Mobile.

The following restrictions apply to all EIPs:

    • Non-Value plans, T‐Mobile Monthly4G prepaid plans and certain business accounts are not eligible for EIPs.
    • Customers in Washington, DC and Puerto Rico are not eligible for EIPs.
    • The minimum required purchase for an EIP is $19.99.
    • Due to state regulations, Idaho, Kansas, Maine, West Virginia and Wyoming do not allow purchases on a 24‐month EIP.
    • If you leave T-Mobile you’re still obligated to pay off the remaining balance of the device.

Learn more about our Equipment Installment Plan

Depending on which rate plan you choose, you may also be charged an add a line fee; see rate plan for details. Taxes and shipping will also be applied to your order total.

Whether you choose to pay for your device up front today, or pay over time, you can upgrade your device at any time. If your current device has not yet been paid off, you will need to continue to make payments on the existing balance. For the well-qualified buyer, pay over time pricing will spread interest-free payments over 24 months. If you cancel wireless service, remaining balance on phone becomes due.

You need a credit check for a couple of reasons. First, if you are applying for an Equipment Installment Plan (EIP) it’s standard practice for us to check your credit. If you want to keep your existing phone number we need to determine if it’s eligible to be transferred.

Just like all other wireless carriers, T-Mobile has to charge enough to cover the cost of the phone. The difference is that T-Mobile separates the cost of the phone from the cost of the service. That means T-Mobile customers finish paying for their phone as soon the actual cost is paid off—and their monthly bill automatically drops.
