Bill pay from your bank

Using bill pay from your bank is straightforward - provide your bank with the payee details to set up (or change from your Sprint account) bill pay from your bank account.

  • Bill pay is a straightforward service offered by many banks and credit unions that lets you set up bill payments.
  • To set up or change bill pay, you can call your financial institution or log in to your bank account online.
    • If setting up bill pay for the first time, you may need to add T-Mobile as a provider through your bank.

  • During the process you'll need to provide the following details:
    • T-Mobile account number, which can be located on the Account tab in the T-Mobile app, in your account online, or on your paper bill
    • Payee name: T-Mobile
