# Prioritize Health, Safety, and the Environment

That’s why we work hard to prevent accidents and injuries by reducing workplace hazards and complying with all environmental, health, and safety (EHS) laws and regulations.
### How we put health and safety first and protect the environment:
- Comply with environmental, workplace health, and safety regulations and with T-Mobile EHS policies, programs, and safe work practices that apply to your job.
- Promptly address all environmental, health, and safety concerns that come to your attention.
- Ensure that required health, safety, and environmental training is assigned and completed.
- Promptly correct workplace hazards or report them to your manager, site safety contact, or local facility manager for resolution.
