Re: Issue setting out Outlook email on android for Centurylink email account
It is a new Galaxy A35 5G phone. I will take a look at your suggestion and see what happens. T-Mobile finally fixed the text to single email issue but only if I use the internet to access my email. The emails to my PC via Microsoft Outlook still don’t work and the ones that go to my internet account go to spam :(. (But at least they actually go through now). it is progress . I can’t locate the filter for device type though… will see what I can find. Thanks again for all of your assistance.22Views0likes0CommentsRe: Issue setting out Outlook email on android for Centurylink email account
Thank you for your assistance. I spent over an hour on the phone with tech support for t-mobile this morning. They are finally trying to help with this matter as well. I think I can finally send text messages to my email via the internet but still am unable to use Outlook for Android so I guess I will have to contact Microsoft because I am now getting all emails except those from t-mobile to my Outlook application on my PC. I greatly appreicate your responses! Thank you.24Views0likes0CommentsRe: Issue setting out Outlook email on android for Centurylink email account
The latter, emails to one person. I simply can’t send a text to a single email or an email to my phone. I also am completely unable to set up Outlook in the android app. I continually get the connection to server timed out message. Thanks.26Views0likes0CommentsIssue setting out Outlook email on android for Centurylink email account
I have been trying to set up an Outlook email account with the POP settings for Centurylink for more than a week now unsuccessfully. Everytime I try to set it up I get an error message that the connection to the mail server timed out. check settings. Additionally, I am unable to sent a text message to an email account which I can do just fine on a TRACFone. I cleaned out the cache, reinstalled Outlook, etc. Nothing seems to work. T-mobile says this is a Centurylink issue. Centurylink says everything is fine on their end and it is a t-mobile issue and I am stuck in the middle with no resolution. This is beyond ridiculous. How do I get this crap fixed to I can send a text to an email account AND set up an Outlook email account? Any help is greatly appreciated.225Views0likes7Comments
