Re: 20 Year T-Mobile Customer - Customer Service had become very inadequate, terrible. Rude.
It is 2-11-2025 and I have to agree that T-mobile is offering horrible customer service experience. We can't understand what their representatives are saying and when we do understand they use double meaning words to snuck in and get us to pay for charges we do not want to pay for!!
