Death of husband
I took advantage of the two for one Ihone 14 a few months for my recently passed husband who were told by the doctors fast recovery after coming out of the coma.However, passed away unexpectedly. I contacted 611 spoke a representative by the of Edward for I spoke for about an hour he told that I qualified for a big discount one of the phones and he was going to make that line free of service provided a ticket# and we scheduled a call back. Never got a call back, I contacted 611 just to told by the who hardly spoke English “there is nothing under that ticket put on hold for 10 minutes comes back to tell me she found a response that I did not qualify for those adjustments when I asked for the qualifications I did met and just told me “she did not know” now I have a huge bill and paying for huge medical bills and paying for a phone and a line that has never been used122Views0likes2Comments
