I too have upgraded my phones through T-Mobile and have been overcharged for months. I have called at least four times and despite the assurances that this will be resolved, it never gets done. I have spend countless hours of my free time trying to resolve this, and I’m very frustrated. I’ll try the T-Force Team as you suggested.27Views0likes0Comments
