T-Mobile will not let me return phone
I was told by a T-mobile phone rep that I could have 1 line on 2 different phones. They mailed me a new phone, and I have spent HOURS over the past month trying to make this work. I have had multiple phone calls with T-Mobile, and have gone into the store twice. I was finally told that the only way to make this work is by going through the DIGITS app. Once this was explained to me, I realized this would NOT be a good solution to my problem. So, I asked T-Mobile to cancel all of the DIGITS items and just switch back to one line for one phone. I want to return the extra phone I have that I’m not using at all now, and T-Mobile will not take it back becuase I am 2 days past the 30-day return policy. This was T-Mobile’s fault for telling me something could be done that cannot be done, and I spent over the 30 days trying to figure it out and make it work. I have been a T-mobile customer for over 20 years. I can’t believe they would not do the right thing and take the phone back. I have personal lines, a business lines, and business internet with T-Mobile.327Views0likes3Comments
