So inconsistent!
There has been several times now that I am told one thing by a representative and then get told another thing by another representative but I'm at the end of patience now. I went into the store yesterday to try to pay my bill with a check. They would not accept it. So I called customer care and they told me it was because it was an authorized retailer but to go into a corporate store and they would accept a check. I just tried that and was told they do not accept checks. Do now not only do I have to pay to overnight the check but also hope that my account doesn't get shut off in the meantime and adds another $60+ for reconnection fees. I've been told my bill would be one amount for it be another, fees popping up overnight or in the same day, being told I won't be charged for something and then I do. The inconsistencies of what I'm told is absolutely ridiculous and I'm very highly considering just switching carriers because I'm starting to feel like T-Mobile doesn't care about their customers.73Views1like0Comments
