I deeply regret switching my service. June 2024 I switched my service from metro to Tmobile. The representative I spoke over the phone with did not add things I asked for but instead added accessories to my order that I did not ask for. Over the last week I have gone back and forth chatting with different agents and each time being told something different. Even through agents are able to review previous chat conversations. One agent lied to me acted like the call would be reviewed from when I switched over my services and what I asked for that wasn’t given would be honored. Well now it’s being said I was called and didn’t answer. Nobody has contacted me at all. All this came about when my Apple Watch fell off my wrist and the screen cracked. One Tmobile chat agent told me it was covered under warranty to contact Apple. When I contacted Apple I was told it’s only covered under limited warranty. I have got the run around. I’m not understanding how a product I haven’t had a year isn’t under warranty. Also how can agents not being on the same page. Also every time I ask for a supervisor I get told the supervisor is just going to agree and tell me the same thing. No way a supervisor can be okay with these kinds of actions. I’m over Tmobile and hate I’ve put so much money into it. Also why would a chat agent tell my call would be reviewed and when it’s heard I asked for protection it would be honored. Now I’m being told that isn’t true it can’t be honored but it’s in the chat conversation as well I also have screenshots58Views0likes0Comments
