I'm having the exact same problem have been having it for more than a year. I cannot get into pay my bill or set up a new auto pay because my information has changed! What are we supposed to do? I'm getting very frustrated! Getting very frustrated to the point of perhaps moving to Verizon wireless it is cheaper and is just as good service wise as T-Mobile is! I get tired of missing with BS when I am trying to just deal with everyday issues for my account! Why can't they just make things simple with all of the technology that there is available now why does everything have to be so complicated it should be user friendly to the most novice of users.180Views0likes0Comments
