My spouse and I switched to T-Mobile last month from our old carrier. The customer service representative incorrectly stated a promotion they were offering. We switched over with the information that we were given and have experienced nothing but absolute problems. T-Mobile verified the information we were given and told us due to what was promised they have to offer it, soon after we started to receive more and more unfulfilled promises. 0 call backs, absolutely rude representatives, and 0 resolution to our issue. Switched back to our old carrier after a month and a half of straight problems. Called today to try and receive a refund for $511 that was out of pocket for a new phone (after being told we would be able to do a trade in; they later proceeded to tell us we are unable to do a trade in with our device due to our specific plan), got told we were not allowed a refund and would have to pay the rest of the device in full. Absolutely ridiculous what we have been through in such a short time with this company, wish we never switched.75Views1like0Comments
