I cannot seem to make any headway in having someone from the T-Mobile Fraud division resolve my issue. Someone got my SS# and was able to open an acct in my name and get 2 new cell phones. I have obtained the police report and uploaded it to the T-Mobile Fraud dept. as asked to do. I have been sent to a collection agency, Diversified Adjustment who just haggled me for $$ and I uploaded my Police report with them as well. I cannot seem to get anywhere with T-Mobile when I call because I do not have a Pin#. But why should I, I did not open this account. I have been at this for months to get resolved meanwhile my “Excellent” credit score has dropped to “Good” All of this is so frustrating. I would like someone from Fraud to look into Acct # ASAP so I can get this off my credit report.Solved641Views0likes4Comments
