Well I'm 33 years with T-Mobile and I'm not eligible for your plan and I have a four lines. And I paid for the protection 360 and I have had that continuously on all of my phones and it is extremely frustrating when a supervisor promises delivery of a phone and it does not happen especially when there's a battery coming out of the side of my LG 8 and I don't want to upgrade my plan or switch or Add a line. And I don't understand why they would promise me something and then not follow through with it and I would talk to a different representative and be promised something else and have this go on and not a simple 10 minute conversation but an hour or more and I have it all documented and still I don't have a phone it's still broke and it's a 4G phone and they sent me a new SIM card so ever since I upgraded the 5G SIM card my text messages are not being received and they are not going through my phone is lagging yeah I know it's time for a new phone but do you know how many people have old phones Apple 5 6 7 that's not an excuse a lot of people have 4G phones we're talking about the service and loyalty that I have shown over the years. I have brought 16 family and friends over to T-Mobile and that was before the friends and family reward program even started so not even then did I receive any perk. Now they came with the military plan which my dad is a veteran my son-in-law military but I'm sure there will be something some sort of catch to that because my original plan was supposed to be 4 lines all included taxes and fees and that didn't happen I now pay all taxes and fees which are in excessive over $18 plus my plan and insurance. The latest laugh was they told me to go to Walmart and get a phone if I didn't want to add a line interesting. Every time I see something and read something I think oh maybe I can get that. I've been a customer for over 29 years i can't get any frees unless I switch plans. No AAA NO autopay discount nothing they promise to new and old. This is because I have been loyal to them my only company ever have brought all my family and friends. 🤬🤬202Views1like2Comments
