I'm on T Mobile wireless service. Had a mesh unit go south and needed to return it. Okay, T mobile sent a new one overnight and a UPS slip to send the other back. Great. BUT, rather then just drop it off at UPS, I went to T mobile and . I had to provide a drivers license, wait for a label to be printed, wait for contract verification, and then they accepted it. Should of just dropped it off at UPS, way less hassle.1.7KViews0likes0Comments
