i ordered a upgrade for my daughter phone who was away at college. I had the down payment latched to my bill. once she received the phone it didn't work. We returned the phone to the store and she did not want another one. Then she chose to keep her old phone. T moblie took out the $ for the phone twice. the first time I paid the over draft fee.( I told customer service to not withdraw the money for that phone .) They did any way Now they tried a second time im at 90.00 in overdraft fee when t mobile did not suppose to withdraw the money and the phone was already returned back I need help390Views0likes0Comments
