Data Usage Not Tracking Text Data iPhone to iPhone
As recently as 10/15/23, we were able to log into our account and see all numbers we have texted or received texts from for both of our phones. We tried again today and all of a sudden, all messages that were iPhone-to-iPhone are not available in the usage report including between the two lines actually on our plan. This is not just for this billing cycle but for all previous ones still available as well. The number of total texts is smaller than the previous reports available and message data that was there is not there anymore. Nothing has changed with the call usage data. This is just for the messages. Is this an apple issue? We saw a post from 2 years ago stating it was that and we needed to turn off our iMessage function in the settings. If we do that, it does not allow us to send texts at all anymore from our phones. Will this data ever be available again? Is there a way to access it at all in the immediate future?229Views0likes1Comment
