Can't update email in profile
Everytime I try to replace the old email address in my TMobile profile with my new email address, which is currently my TMobile login ID, the system rejects it and tells me that it's already registered. Therefore, I can't update the email that's used for contacting me about my TMobile account. Why is everything TMobile such junk? Seems like the developers don't bother to sufficiently test the software before putting it live for users!497Views0likes3Comments
