it's definitely T Mobile doing this. It opens up with this message after updating.. It's built into the recent update and you cannot get rid of it. It's got me livid and I don't want this service anymore. I'm not paying to be harassed for my data.

More people should be angry at this. We are paying for them to squeeze every last bit of data from our lives and if you don't like it, well now you've got to deal with the obnoxious prompt. It's borderline harassment and should be illegal.
