Absolutely the worst service I have had to deal with. I m currently on hold with the seventh so-called expert in 14 days. Started 2 weeks ago wanting to change plans from over 55 magenta max to military magenta max, add my daughter, her watch and trade in her 11 pro max. They sent the new phone without doing the trade in and I’ve been trying to get this resolved ever since. They keep insisting that I have to turn in the phone they sent and redo the order completely. So now they will charge me again and can’t guarantee that I can get the phone in time before the new phone comes and I may be stuck with paying full price on another iphone. Let’s make that the eighth rep that I’m now dealing with. And so far I’ve been told twice that they will call me back and no one ever has. Am I alone?131Views0likes1Comment
