I agree. When you already are frustrated by calling support, then you get someone who sounds like they are placating you, but it’s just a language barrier. It doesn’t help either side.

Why is T-Mobile asking for copies of DD214?
Please please please tell me these documents being sent are being destroyed instantly. To get military verification you should go through the same site other companies use. The photocopying of U.S. Government identification cards is a violation of Title 18, U.S. Code Part I, Chapter 33, Section 701 and punishable by fine and imprisonment.
