What does 'No Data' mean?
Regarding Add-ons, there are three options for service. The first is No Data (free). The second is SC UNL INcl w/6GB SMHS ($15/mo.), and then the third is Unlimited Nationwide 4G Data + 10 GB SMH ($30/mo.). We originally chose the third option, but we’re now trying to reduce our financial responsibilities, so we tried to switch to No Data. When I did that, however, it defaulted to choice #2 for $15. Why did it default? What happens when choosing No Data? Do our phones become non-operational? Feedback welcomed! Thanks.
