getting overcharged!

I set-up a auto-payment arrangement . However It didn’t go through!?? And now i am being charged  my bill total (plus) late fees of $20 each line. And it is frustrating me! Suspended lines and total due was $196 and NOW $250 plus tax. Please advise.
