I have spent over 5 hours trying to get T-Mobile to properly set up the credit for my old phones. I have been unsuccessful and I’m so frustrated. Does anyone know a telephone number or email address ...
i have not had any issues contacting them that way and getting my issues resolved..dont really have that many issues over the years but they have always been able to handle it.
