Started service this evening and now nada.
Phone is not working. I can't thru to chat and will not be able to get to a store tomorrow. Is how Tmobile operates? I can't believe they would do this to a brand new customer. So weird.

Who activated the Phone at the T-Mobile Store? Did you try the phone prior to leaving the store? Was it a T-Mobile Store or another business that is 3rd party. Did you check your email for T-Mobile message? Log into your T-Mobile account and review your new devices and plan. If unable to Call them as you may not have a working phone. Seek a neighbor or friend and borrow their phone to call T-Mobile. Do you reside in a very small town? Many rural / country areas get Zero bars aka no signal. The only way to use the phone that gets no reception is connecting to your own Internet or someone else Internet, then make your call.
