SCAMMED

I am so upset. I have been a long time customer of T Mobile. MANNNY years. I went in and spoke with Dallas. I needed a new phone because mine stopped working not long after it was paid off, imagine that. He got me to get a new phone and one for my husband. The bill would then be expensive, so he said if I added 2 additional ones on the promotion and just dont use them it would be the family plan and my bill would be "so much cheaper." He said the bill would only be $143 dollars month. So that is what I did. My bill came in and its well over $400!! I cannot believe I was scammed by a company that I loved so much. BUYER BEWARE! They obviously cannot be trusted. Now im locked into a contract that I cannot afford.
